Fabulous location. Pool was a great size, has a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi thing. So much land around the hotel, green views from window very relaxing. Service was great. Games room and tennis courts - has everything you would want.

The hotel is like a big manor, very quiet, with a large rest area, self-service coffee in the lobby, and beer in the bar at night. The room is also very large

On arrival there was plenty of free car parking and check was very welcoming. My daughter and I stayed in a standard twin room which was spacious, well decorated, clean and perfect for our one night stay. Facilities were really good and we played tennis, snooker and used the gym. The swimming pool would have been used by us, however on this occasion it was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We booked an early dinner for 6:30 and were welcomed into the dining room by Euan. He was very knowledgable about allergens (I have coeliac disease and need gluten free food) and ensured I had food which was safe for me to eat. Although the menu is limited for me I really enjoyed everything I ate and my daughter and I commented on how delicious our meals were. We both had a wonderful stay, all staff were professional and welcoming and we would love to come back! Thank you very much.

This is not a suitable place to stay unless you are part of a function You can't escape the extremely loud music! You have to use one bar which is also used by the Wedding guests! It's like being part of a wedding you are not invited too! Including children running round everywhere and even dogs! Worst then Butlins The restaurant was full, so to eat we had to order a pizza in this noisy bar area. It arrived with toppings missing and not even sliced. Was given a small knife to try and cut it with so all broken up. When finished the plates were never even collected The bedroom was unclean, carpets ripped, wallpaper hanging off ceiling. Not to mention the continuous noise whilst trying to sleep. All you can hear are dogs barking in peoples rooms, doors banging and loud talking. It is literally the same as being at a cheap holiday camp!!! I would definitely not stay again nor recommend to anyone
