I have never felt more at home at a B&B! Eric is an amazing host. His staff is helpful, kind, fun, and always looking for a way to make your stay even better. Our room was clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Breakfast always had delicious choices and enough courses to keep you going all day. Super pet-friendly, too. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on the Eastern Shore!

Lovely building with beautifully appointed rooms and public spaces. Owner/chef Eric is delightful and served a tasty three course breakfast. Warm and welcoming staff. Inn manager, Mary, is a joy and so helpful with local information and reservations.

An amazing gem Service Ambiance staff Rooms Food This is truly a haven of relaxation, good cheer, and amazing hospitality I can not recommend highly enough Thank you for a perfect stay We will return frequently! And have a special dinner next time! Stay here, enjoy a 5 star meal at Bas Rouge, return for a nightcap, and have a true gourmet breakfast the next morning A perfect stay!

What a special place the Hummingbird Inn is! The owner of the Inn, Chef Eric, greeted us warmly after our long car ride from Upstate New York. He showed us to our room, let us get settled in, and then we were off to a great restaurant in Easton that the concierge, Mary, had booked for us. Mary kindly booked reservations for us all weekend. It was great to relax and put ourselves in their hands. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and boasted a fantastic rain shower. Breakfast was really special with several options offered and special attention paid to our dietary limitations. The food was amazing, Chef Eric makes everything himself. Starting our day with the Hummingbird Bellini got our vacation weekend off to a great start! The bar is a great place to have a cocktail before dinner, and everyone we met was welcoming and warm. The Town and walking trails are an easy walk from the Inn. Eric is a superb host, we can’t wait to return!

Perfection! The Hummingbird Inn is a beautiful Victorian, furnished lovingly with every detail for your comfort. Eric is a wonderful host and his breakfasts are…a delight. Each room is unique but all designed for the utmost in comfort. I loved the fire in our room and the Claw foot tub for soaking.

The owner and staff are exceedingly gracious, we felt quite welcome. Our room is warmly decorated and comfortable from the bed to the linens to the rain shower and tiled bath.
