Very comfy bed in a standard room, slept rather well other than noisy neighbours. Have tried an up grade before at another premier inn but the mattress was lumpy. No idea why? Athena on reception was lovely and seemed happy in her work which is nice to see after a 4 1/2 hour journey fraught with road closures. Room was tidy, bed was clean and comfy. Why glass cups for tea? China cups please! One slight “worry”, the glass shower door allowed water all over the floor which in turn has made the floor soft and uneven possibly leading to someone downstairs getting a shower they might not want?

Comfortable rooms but stay was ruined by the awful breakfast. Stayed for one night on route to a family event near by. We were full aware the hotel is in a less than attractive location and desperately in need of external renovation. Rooms appeared to have been recently renovated and hotel was very thorough in sending a email everyday for 10 days before our stay to let us know the lift was not working. The horror that ruined our stay was the breakfast that we now refer to as the M3 road kill.

Lovely clean, welcoming room, and friendly, helpful people. We were very impressed with the assistance prior to our arrival by Brandon, thank you! It made our stay special. The mattress was so comfortable that we bought one! Would definitely stay with you again 😊

Bed so comfy and room temperature great when sleeping. Really helpful staff Athena and her team were brilliant and so accommodating thank you! We had to change our room as needed a family one so they did that no trouble. It was just what we needed for our weekend trip to see family.

Stayed for just one night in a Premief Plus room which for a minimal extra payment was well worth it. The room had recently been refurbished and had two comfortable chairs. The bed as always was very comfortable with great pillows. Coffee machine was a treat. Would definitely recommend the room. The staff at the hotel were also excellent.

From the moment we arrived until we left we had a fantastic experience. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was beautifully clean and well appointed with plenty of space, a comfortable bed and generous towels. We have stayed in many Premier Inns but this was the best.

The hotel is basic but decent enough for short stays. Good location for Concorde Club which is great for live music and close to motorway. However we were ripped off by a taxi company who charged £20 for a less than 2 mile trip to the Concorde Club. There is a telephone positioned on the wall in reception. Visitors beware. Our return trip cost £5.60 in an Uber.
