The Whalewalk Inn is basically perfect! Rooms are beautiful and spacious and the breakfast has been spectacular. This is an extraordinarily well-run property. Very relaxing. Near the National Seashore beaches.

First thing that made this stay so amazing was all the staff. I was a family owned and run business and they were all absolutely delightful and so kind and welcoming. They provided us with everything we needed during our stay such as beach chairs, parasols, towels and refreshments which made our time there extremely comfortable. The actual room/accommodation was very spacious and had a kitchen area we used a couple of nights to cook and make sandwiches for the next lunch. It was homelike as it had a sofa, rugs and cute paintings and seaside wall decor. One of my family’s favourite parts of the stay was the breakfast. We look back at the trip and the breakfasts stand out to us a some of our favourite times. They were served in a nice, outside area that had a very calm and sophisticated atmosphere. They were served three courses (pastry, fruit, main) were absolutely delicious and when my son didn’t want an omelette on the last day they were really catering and made him scrambled eggs instead. The surrounding areas had beaches and lakes we went to which were loads of fun for the whole family. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay with a friendly and relaxed vibe that kept the whole family very happy.
