The hotel owner is very nice and helpful. Since the hotel is not expensive, the lack of air conditioning is a big problem and the room was very hot during the day. It's 30 degrees in the house. I've got prickly heat. The island is cool after 9pm and there is no need for air conditioning. The hotel front desk reception service is available for airport pick-up, but the tour guide and car rental company introduced by the front desk clerk are twice as expensive as normal. A day tour guide costs 3,500 RMB, which is equivalent to 500 USD. It's outrageous. Later, I found another tour guide who only cost 160 USD. It is obvious that there are kickbacks among the front desk staff, so be careful not to be fooled. The same goes for car rental. The front desk staff contacted the car rental company for 90,000 pesos, and the hotel owner rented the car to me for 45,000 pesos. So creepy. For your reference. Don't be fooled by the front desk

Cabañas Henua Iti es un complejo turistico muy completo especial para descanzar y disfrutar!! Las cabañas son muy amplias y comodas. Sus dueños muy atentos la Sra Thiare siempre preocupada y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. Tienen un supermercado muy completo,aseo diario en las cabañas,una tienda de recuerdos muy conveniente y cuentan tambien con servicio de arriendo de autos y tours.

Alejandro y Tiare son personas fantásticas, te hacen sentir muy bien en todo momento. Cuentan con bonitas cabañas, equipadas con todo lo que uno ocupa.
Además los tours que ofrecen están bien estructurados y se aprende mucho acerca de la historia de la isla.

Perfecto
This was my dream trip to Easter Island. Everything was perfect from pick up at the airport, the entire stay, breakfast every morning, the owner and employees. All 10/10. We loved our little kitchenette and were able to make lots of meals because there was a refrigerator, range, and a fully stocked kitchen. The breakfast is served every day in the main eating area. Very beautiful and delicious. Our hostess custom-made vegan meals for us daily.

Excelente estadía. La cabaña es limpia y cerca del aeropuerto,5 minutos en vehículo. Lo que es aconsejable es llevar papel higiénico, pues solo ponen para los primeros días.
En general hemos tenido una linda experiencia. El personal es muy amable.
