Era mi sexta experiencia en un hotel Explora y la última había sido hace muchos años. Fue igual como lo recordaba, lo máximo! El hotel precioso, las piezas lindas y cómodas, el personal todos amables y y disponibles para lo que unos les pidiera. El sistema de exploraciones y “all inclusive” en comidas y bebidas es muy bueno! Nunca usé mi cartera y especialmente en Rapa Nui es cómodo, pues cualquier exploración debe ser con guías locales, entonces el hotel te facilita todo. Los guías amables y preparados, te dan información del lugar y uno se siente seguro con ellos. Las comidas y bebidas de primer nivel!

A avaliação é de um hotel espetacular, no conceito que se propôs. Estar no Explora é certeza de qualidade em todos os aspectos. A comida é preparada por chef em sintonia com o lugar e em variedade inteligente, sem excesso. As acomodações são espaçosas, limpas e confortáveis. Os passeios abrangem todas as possibilidades e são acompanhados por guias preparados e conhecedores. Super recomendo!

If you really want to make the most of Rapa Nui stay here. There was absolutely nothing I had to worry about. My only "concern" was to choose which excursion I wanted for the day. Guides are local which makes a difference and helps understand such a special place and culture.

First of all, I would give 5 stars except for one flaw that I found. The guides, who are generally knowledgeable and very good, sometimes seem to focus on the Spanish- speaking guests to the exclusion of non-Spanish speakers. This can make for an uncomfortable and less than informative tour for those who don't speak Spanish. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The food and wines were excellent, as were all of the service staff. There were a variety of excursions to choose from, and the staff tried to tailor your choices to your interests and physical abilities. Nathalie was one tour leader who deserved 5 stars. She is a Rapa Nui native who knew a lot about her island's culture and history. She made the tour extremely interesting for all involved. She divided her time between the groups by language, so that no one missed out. She also tried to accommodate the desires of different groups. At Anakena Beach, some in our party wanted to swim and some did not. She made sure that we all had time to do what we wanted and kept everyone informed. It was the best tour offered at this hotel, so ask for Nathalie if you can.

O hotel é lindo, totalmente integrado a natureza, único fora do centrinho da Rapa Nui. Quartos ótimos e arrumados 2 a 3x ao dia, chuveiro top, mas banheiros sem amenities. Comida deliciosa, farta e saudável. As opções no jantar são poucas mas mudam todo dia e agradaram toda a família. No começo achei que o jantar terminava cedo (9:30), mas logo você entende que ninguém aguenta muito tempo depois das explorações ! As explorações são o ponto alto do hotel, guias ótimos (um obrigado especial ao Esteban !). Não perca o passeio pela praia de bike, a costa é linda ! Único passeio que evitaria é pescaria (não é um serviço do hotel)…. Os barcos são bem simples, sem salva vidas, e o mar pode ficar bem bravo. No dia que meus filhos saíram eles acabaram resolvendo voltar 30’ depois, pois ficaram com muito medo. Ainda assim o barqueiro foi extremamente gentil e não cobrou nada pelo passeio. Ficamos 6 noites mas em 5 já da para ver tudo ! Obrigada Maha pela excelente e carinhosa recepção. Recomendo muito e voltaria!

Stayed at this property for 3 days during a visit to Rapa Nuisance (Easter Island). Came with a Four Seasons group. loved this property and the natural feel. rooms are well appointed and roomy. location is convenient. we enjoyed many meals at the location during our stay. Breakfast was great and the dinners were well prepared and tasty. The bar staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are happy as well. Tours to the Moai and other sites can be arranged from this location. All in all we will stay here again when we return to Easter Island!!

Hotel impecável, desde seus funcionários, todos muitos gentis e solícitos, limpeza, refeições. Amei a vista do quarto, onde podia ver o sol nascendo e avistar o mar.
