Very friendly and kind service throughout - covering pre-arrival messages and a zoom meeting about excursions and massages, arranging taxis, borrowing bikes, shopping advice, pick-up and drop-off. Clean rooms, lovely hotel grounds, really great food and chill out pool area. Our package with breakfast, one 3 course meal a day and all excursions included was amazing value. We were taken out by our guide Tito to hike and sight see every day, including a sunrise outing, who was a legend.

This trip has been in the making for 3 years, I originally had a different place booked but COVID hit and we all know the rest. I was able to finally go back and found this gem, the owner Tiare is a doll and made our stay there the best, she was waiting for us at the airport and gave us a quick tour of the island, and even took us to get our tickets for the park entrance prior to checking us in to the hotel. They have a car rental agency at the hotel which made everything so seamless. We had booked a guide with her and last minute he canceled, guess who came to the rescue? Tiare of course…. And it worked out even better as the guide she got us I feel like it was meant to be. I can’t say enough about how great this place was, from the small details in the room to the restaurant recommendations. Everything was top notch.

I'm so glad I went to the island and this hotel was a good choice. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showering. The wifi at the hotel was actually reasonable - I believe they have Starlink connected. I was able to have video calls with only slight interruptions during a heavy downpour. A cold breakfast was included with different breads, juices, and cold cuts. The hotel is a 20-45 minute walk to most of the stores/museums in town. On the days I had scheduled tours, tour guides picked me up and dropped me off. On the other days, I walked into town and was prepared for intermittent rain showers. I would guess that most people would want to rent a car if traveling often between this hotel and the city proper. I saw a couple of local (not international) car rental places in the middle of the city. The traffic is moderate and subdued, so I wouldn't hesitate to rent a car if I were to visit again. There are dogs and roosters that make noise regularly, presumably all over the island. You can shut the windows and filter some of the noise out. There are steep stairs inside with irregular depths and heights you'll want be careful on. There's a nice loft area upstairs with couches and a TV.

The room is large, air-conditioned, the room does not provide a kettle and refrigerator, and is shared in the front desk lobby. There is wifi and the speed is OK. Hotel location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very pleasant to hang out on the beach. Breakfast is provided, food is OK, coffee is average. It is very convenient to book the Moai itinerary at the front desk when you check in.

Excellent service and attention from Mrs. Rosa, who welcomed us, welcomed us and guided us through all our queries, as it was our first time there. She answered our questions, guided us through the tours, and even managed everything to make it easy for us. Very kind, understanding and attentive, she made us feel comfortable and safe. Her human quality is greatly appreciated, since many times you find people who are parsimonious and dry when responding and she is the complete opposite. The place is nice, very clean and comfortable. They have a recycling area which stood out greatly. We were in cabin 3, equipped perfect for a couple. The fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. We recommend the place 100%. If we went again, we would not hesitate to go to Anakena cabins.

I was in this Hotel Residence with my friends for an Easter Island holiday in August. Very kind and attentive staff to give you all the information you ask them in English. The beautiful and well-kept garden considers that in August for them it is low season because it is spring and the weather is unstable with rain so the pool is closed and the pool bar is closed but the atmosphere is relaxing. Very simple rooms even the bathrooms are simple and sometimes the hot water did not come out and so it was a bit cold. Also the room in this period was humid cold and the air conditioners do not have hot air so we put blankets on the beds to stay warm in the evening. Breakfast seemed normal to me nothing exceptional when you go to these places you expect many good local products. However the hotels on the island are almost all so alive in the middle of nature.

The Inaki Uhi was a wonderful place to stay for our 2 nights in Rapa Nui. The hotel picks up and returns guests to the airport and welcomes you with fresh leis! This is a family run hotel and the hosts are Ivonne snd Alejandre. Our room was spacious and modern with a small sitting area as well as sleeping area. There is a courtyard area outside the rooms with areas to sit and relax. The flowers there—and everywhere in Rapa Nui—are lush snd beautiful. Breakfast included fruit, juices, yogurt, coffee, and a variety of breads (fresh! There’s a bakery next door). Eggs can be prepared on request. As we were preparing to check out, we waited with our luggage and 3 coats in the lobby for our ride back to the airport-which is about 5 minutes away. We arrived in plenty of time—after checking in, we realized we had left the 3 coats at the hotel. In a panic, i couldn’t find the phone number for Inaki Uhi. We decided that my husband would stay at the airport and I would take a taxi to the hotel. I found a taxi and got in, but the driver didn’t take credit cards so I jumped out to find another taxi. The first taxi drove away. I suddenly realized that I had dropped my phone in the taxi! Using “find my phone” we knew where the phone was but had no way to get to get to it. By now, my husband had found the hotel phone number—only 45 minutes to last tome to board! Alejandro saved the day! We brought the coats and helped my husband find the phone! It was a miracle and we made our flight!we could not have done it without Alejandro’s help!!! Mission accomplished! Thank you!!
