The service is terrible. There is no 24-hour front desk service. When we arrived, we had to pick up the key by ourselves. As a result, the staff put the wrong key. When we opened the door, someone was already in the room. We took the key at 9 o'clock and it took until 12 o'clock before we could check into the room. There was not even an apology. It was terrible.

The size of the hotel room is suitable. There is a parking lot at the door. Parking is free. The meals are very high-end and the food is good. The waiters are very patient and nice. The fat lady at the front desk is very professional.
