all the staff have a good manner to welcome me in Swiss-Belinn Cikarang. the breakfast and the view is so enjoyable. The room is very comfortable too said my family. i love to comeback one day to stay in here.

Many corporate and statutory body events. Front desk staff is helpful, housekeeping services are slow, room service doesn't pick up used tray until 2 days later, swimming pool is small and massage service only late afternoon

Located in Lippo Cikarang area, this hotel is very good for business travelers. Industrial area surrounding but it is not crowded. Perfect for you who need a calm and quiet hotel for relax. And I tried to do staycation in this hotel at New Year eve. Receptionist staff is polite and friendly. I ordered beer and food at room service, the service is very fast and food is so tasty, but they forgot to bring the spoon. Haha. Facillites are good. Gym and pool are open for guest. But when I arrived at the hotel, there isn't any staff to check my body temperature as standard healthy protocol. And there isn't any handglove prepared for guest to take buffet menu (when I had buffet dinner. It's too risk due the pandemic, but at breakfast time there is a staff who help me to take the food). Please improve your health protocol standard. Overall, I have a nice stay experience here. I will recommended this hotel and will be back for staycation soon.

Been staying in Mercure Hotel many times. I like to stay this hotel walk 5minit to Karawang Mall, And 15 minit To Johar Market. Breakfast food Very Nice , for Dinner fish and Chip very tasty I love.

Such a great Hotel, prices are quite reasonable.. My Family was very happy and definitely will come back to stay.. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious swimming pool, and the most important thing is the room was very clean.. The atmosphere overall was very warm and cozy as if you're at home.. Excellent Facilities dedicated team, the facilities ie had a great swimming pool and conference facilities for 30 pax. Breakfast was good had a lot of local choices and the team was friendly from I arrived and left to the hotel.parking was free and there are so many nearby areas to do or we rented a bike and went around the city. Truly enjoyable experience

the hotel is very comfortable ... there is a cafe outside the room ... can take photos ... the food is delicious ... the staff is friendly ... especially the general manager ... the prices are really affordable ... thanks for the facilities ... success always a fave hotel ..
