The hotel is super clean although the facilities are aged.
If you just find a place to take rest, worth more than I expected at this price.

Newly updated interior of room, fresh paint, new flooring, updated bathroom fixtures. Very comfortable bed and fresh linens. Breakfast included was well stocked with many options. Would 10/10 recommend.

The manager is friendly! Although I arrived a bit earlier after flying for 20 hours, they allowed me to enter the room in 1pm and introduced me with restaurants!

Big Bang for the Buck
We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the service was both friendly and excellent. The week before, we were in a different hotel in a different city, snd paid twice as much for a lot less. This room had a full size desk for me to work on, a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a comfortable sitting chair and plenty of elbow room. The free breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs and either sausage or bacon, as well as options for waffles, bagels, muffins, and toast. Additionally, the restaurant/bar that is attached to the hotel had really good food as well; we definitely recommend the New England clam chowder and cheese curds! Great value!
