My stay at Vivanta Pakyong was outstanding, with exceptional hospitality from Pubyang, Prem, and Veronica. Despite fewer guests because of off season, their personalised care, especially Prem’s remarkable attentiveness, made my visit unforgettable. The property was impeccable, offering cozy rooms and stunning views. My early checkout, prompted by a change in plans, was handled effortlessly by Veronica and the team. I’m eager to return with my family to relive this wonderful experience at Vivanta Pakyong!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff members, specifically Mr. Chettri, Mr. Anisur, Ms. Pubyang, were very helpful and paid extra attention. Thank you. The property is fantastic. Great views. Very comfortable rooms and relaxing.

The road to hotel is little difficult and in rainy seasons it could be more challenging but the work is in progress and beyond hotel control. Also people travelling to sikkim should expect this in general at most of the places due to terrain. The location is beauifl and serene. The staffs are very welcoming, caring and sincere in their work. When we arrived on 1st day there were not many guest in hotel so Buffet breakfast was not there, but the provided whatever we asked. Rooms are nice, big and confortable with great view. Swimming pool is bit small. The place is very remote so you should be plan only if you are coming to have a relaxed holiday amidst nature and spending you time with local activities. There is nothing much to go around. Though all staffs were great special thanks to Mingma, she took great care of our 2 yr champ.

I stayed at Vivanta Pakyong for 2 days, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely excellent — we witnessed everything from heavy rainfall to clouds literally touching us and drifting right in front of our eyes. The valley view from the hotel is breathtaking. The reception team was great. Although I don’t remember all their names, most of the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. One gentleman at the reception especially stood out — he spoke to me very well and made the time fly by while sharing insightful information about the area. Coming to the service and food, there was a server (sorry, forgot his name) whose hospitality was so good that even when I was full, I found myself ordering more just because of his excellent service. A small suggestion: if your schedule allows, I recommend staying for at least 2 days. That way, you can experience all kinds of weather conditions, which really adds to the magic of the place. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed Taj hospitality at Vivanta Pakyong on our trip to Sikkim . I’ve stayed with multiple hotel chains but Taj hotels always trump the rest . Their care and concern is so heartfelt and unlike anything I have experienced. Vivanta Pakyong is a wonderful property nestled amidst the hills and is a treat to sore eyes . I would like to personally thank Veronica , Pubyang , Mingma , Jeenat , Priyanka , Ayush and Prem for making our stay so enjoyable . Your thoughtfulness and hospitality did not go unnoticed and will hopefully bring us back soon . Thank you for being a cut above the rest . Lots of Gratitude from my end 😊💕🙏

The dwindling mountain view just opposite to my bed and the location of the swimming pool there are the rare beauty etched in my heart -It was a blissful stay there . Definitely it was the the staff there who connected well and made it a holistic stay .Thanks to their heart warming smile and especial shout out to Mingma,Saurabh! And I also Liked the local products sold there @ the Shelf _Voila!
