The room is old and has a smell. The corridor smells very strange. The old black man at the front desk has an arrogant attitude and a very bad attitude. We were given two rooms for adults and children in room 110 at the end of the first floor. There was a power outage at night. The other room room 220 is next to the stairs. The biggest problem is that there is no room yet. Carry luggage up in the elevator

The room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the location is good, but the hygiene in the hotel is very poor!

Some rooms are old, but they are comfortable to live in, with complete facilities and good value for money

This hotel feels like a highway motel because it looks, smells and feels like a motel. Its furniture looks dilapidated, the bed makes noises....Even the room fire sprinkler appears to be oxidized!!!The room where I stayed in appears to be an antique room but with peeling paint on its furniture and an old dirty, tainted carpet. Scary. Good for a Halloween stay.

The rooms DO NOT have individual heating or cooling. The heat or cool is controlled by the entire building. Middle of winter would probably be OK but not spring or fall when there are warm days but cool nights. Our room was fully accessible with comfy bed, fridge, micro, coffee maker. The coffee maker leaked badly. No breakfast. No alarm clock. Did not sleep well.

Rooms were clean but hotel was a bit rundown. Floorplan of the building which is also convention center was confusing. Not fond of $100 damage deposit at all. Grounds were clean but not maintained. Windows to room would open but not close. Ac/heat was not workin properly. Turning on ac did not help and couldn’t use windows. Maid service only upon request and only in the am. Not recommended

Hotel is dated. Room was on the first floor and windows did not open, so the room because very stuffy as AC did not seem to do anything except make noise. Went to the onsite restaurant because I was too tired to drive elsewhere, and was surprised that it was essentially empty on a Saturday night. Food was adequate. Server and other staff seemed like they did not want to be there.

Smell in hallway was intolerable. Smelled of unmanaged cats or bad food. Let the staff know and nothing changed. Put a damper on the trip for sure. Will not be returning.
