This is probably the worst place I have ever stayed in. It is called an airport hotel, but it is actually a motel. It is very shabby and dangerous. 1. I arrived at 6am and went directly to the window. The door was not open. Finally, I checked the reservation record. The luggage was put in, but people were not allowed to enter the lobby. Fortunately, there was a **. We stood in the small store next to the gas station for more than an hour. It is really dangerous for girls. 2. The room is very smelly and shabby. There is a lot of noise outside. I locked the door and lay dead on the bed. I dared not make a sound. At 11pm, the security guard shouted for others to open the door in the two rooms. I was frightened and woke up until dawn. I felt terrible that someone could break into the room at any time. 3. It is very noisy. The air conditioner starts and stops all night. Every two minutes, the mechanical sound outside is also very loud.
Do not enter, be careful, and escape quickly the next day!

Customer service is terrible STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I came with my 3yr old everything was booked but soon as I get there the security guy at the front desk doesn't even know what's going on . He gave us the wrong key to the wrong room, then he switched our room out with they key he already gave us nd the room was nasty. Looked as if someone just left the room. Even after I booke for that last night the front receptionist was giving me a hard time to get my things out the room. She sent the guest up to room and told one of the housekeeping man that she was calling the police on us after she wouldn't open the room back for us to get our stuff. It was a very bad experience for me and my family. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone especially for your family. Even after I got my things nd my lyft came my driver was putting my things in the car I realized that I left my food in the fridge for my son so I go up there nd they acted like I didn't have food for my son in there. Not to mention there was another housekeeper that works the lower level didn't want to help us either getting the stuff out the room. Only 1 good worker up there I wish I knew his name he was very more helpful through that stay there. JUST STAY AWAY. BOOK ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS PLACE SPECIFICALLY I WOULD NEVER AGAIN ❗
