They have a free shuttle service that makes it very convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. Perfect for a long layover.

I am writing this review from my room as I relax in a nicely cooled environment. I waited almost 30 minutes for the bus to take me to the hotel as I watched all the other travelers board their hotel buses. I think that's too long to wait so I was glad the weather was beautiful. Although it was about a 10 minute wait to get checked in, I was treated cheerfully and had all my questions answered. I left my purse at check in and by the time I realized it, there was a knock at my door and the purse was delivered! When I got to the room I could not access the internet so I went to the front desk and a patient and helpful employee worked on my computer for quite some time before figuring out the problem. For only a $2.50 service charge I was able to order off the restaurant menu and had a really great dinner in my room. I was surprised at the excellent quality and presentation of the food. I will be renting a car from the airport tomorrow, picking up my parents and heading back to the hotel where we'll need to wait about 1 hour before leaving for a funeral. I am disappointed however that I'll have to pay a few dollars to park for such a short period of time. I was further disappointed when, without my knowledge, my credit card was charged an extra $5.28 in taxes not listed on the confirmation. But all in all, I would consider staying here again because of the helpful and kind employees, a clean room and great dinner.
