This executive suite is quite large, but the facilities are not good. The lighting is dim, the faucet in the bathroom is difficult to turn on and off, and it can't be tightened even with great force. The porcelain of the sink has fallen off a lot. It is not as good as an ordinary twin room.

The breakfast menu was the same every day with limited choices, which became repetitive. The lighting in the room was too dim, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, several electrical outlets and the air conditioner were not functioning properly. I had to call for assistance multiple times during my stay to get these issues checked.

Great location but the staff not very helpful. I arrived a little early and they would not even let me check in. Did not even check to see if the rooms were clean.

The front desk service was terrible. We were supposed to check in at 2pm but the front desk staff delayed checking us in until around 2:15pm. The room we checked in didn't have a shower and they didn't come to fix it even after we called them. They didn't change our room until 9pm.
