When I forget arrived, the light in the room was broken. I need to wait for a staff to fix it. The room was quite old and dusty. The air conditioner doesn’t have heating mode although the weather was freezing outside.

There was a large open single level carpark at the rear of the hotel with easy access.
Staff were good and helpful in trying to accommodate last-minute changes.
Our room was basic but clean and comfortable.

The room meets the needs. The air conditioner does not have heating function. It is a bit cold in this season. The location is in the city center. I guess it is more suitable for business trips or summer travel. I don't have a clear feeling of what the above "Chinese courtesy" refers to. The service is average.
