This is a serviced apartment hotel with a reasonable location, not far from the river, about 1.3 km to the Swan Bell Tower and London Street. You can walk and see it without knowing it. The room is not big, but the hygiene is OK. There are microwave ovens, refrigerators, electric stoves and cookers. There is a paid parking lot, which can only be entered and exited by remote control. It costs $30 a day and you can enter and exit as you like. The skinny Indian guy at the front desk did not provide good service. At 3pm, I asked him to tell the waiter to clean the room. He promised, but when he came back at 5 o'clock, he still hadn't cleaned it. When I asked him what happened, he said that he missed the time and could only wait until tomorrow to clean the room. It's really terrible!
To be honest, after walking around outside, it seems that domestic hotels are better than those outside in every aspect.

The most convenient hotel in Perth
1. Transportation: bus at the door, free bus at the back, no birds car rental next to Australia, parking is also available, 15 dollars a day.
2. Washing machine, dryer, kitchen, Airbnb configuration, hotel housekeeping service
3. The environment is amazing

Staff rooms facilities are of amazing quality with a great price. To put the icing on the cake a beautiful woman on reception with a heart of gold. I will never forget her act of kindness. Ver6 grateful thank you quest I'll be back for sure

Very rude reception! Will never be staying here again very disappointed! Quest is usually a reputable brand but this particular one I would stay well away from reception was absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour

We were really pleased with our choice of apartment hotel in Perth. The apartment , a one bedroom executive, though small had everything we required. A spacious comfortable separate bedroom. A complete kitchen. An excellent bathroom including a washing machine and drier as well as an excellent shower. A spacious balcony provided a terrific view over east Perth to the WACCA with glimpses of The Swan. The rooms were clean and we were able to stock our own items from shops close by. The staff were excellent! Always friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and help was given when asked. We would definitely come back here again!
