衞生：
1）洗衣機很髒，只用了一次，有乾衣功能，但毀壞衣服。咖啡機壞，泡不到咖啡。
設施：
2）入住已和酒店確認預留嬰兒床，到埗第一天沒有提供，害兒子被逼與我們同床，整夜都睡得差。
3）停車場沒有預留足夠車位，我們被逼停泊在傷殘人士車位。
服務：
4）入住第三天晚上，發現兒子的毛巾和先生的睡褲不見了。毛巾掛在洗手間毛巾架，應該是被清潔員以為是酒店毛巾，一併收走。睡褲是也是連同被鋪收走了。
5）我們就嬰兒床收費退還，第二天便訊息及電郵酒店查詢，直至退房當日仍沒有回覆。
6）接待處好廢。入住當天我們是自行取匙，沒人招待我們。當晚通知他們沒有嬰兒床，職員表示相關部門關了，要第二天才可提供。物品不見時，也通知他們，他們第一個反應是表示不可能，意味我們說謊？沒有道歉和跟進，只叫我們發電郵（可惜那電郵長期不回覆）。
總結：
我是因為有廚房和洗衣機才預訂這裡，洗衣機卻差得不會用。當有特別情況，像我們入住時沒有嬰兒床、遺失物品，接待處不會理會。如果你能接受純地點方便，但設施和服務差劣的酒店，你就訂這裡吧！

Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes.
Pros-
Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel.
Spacious and clean rooms
Nespresso machine and capsules are provided
Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful
Cons.
Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late.
Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room.
Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in.

Great location and a very short walk to the free bus. Easy access to Optus stadium and nice walks along the river. Apartment was spacious and well appointed.

I have had a terrible experience post stay - the management are dismissive and deceitful. They claimed that there was damage identified to a rug (which was damaged when we checked in, I know i should have said something then) DURING our stay but neglected to tell me during the days we were there OR indeed at the time of check-out, instead choosing to withhold the deposit paid on the room - it is only when I emailed them TWO WEEKS LATER asking where it was, that they so kindly informed me that I wouldn't be getting it back. Since then they have been poor when communicating, ignoring emails or long response times, claiming to have substantial evidence but not providing it (because they have none) I am hoping Booking will be able to assist.

Just loved this property. Quiet despite being a busy area. Had a huge apartment. Everything was great. Coffee pod machine was a bonus! Washer-dryer. Lots of packing space. 2 televisions, lounge and dining area. Full kitchen. Secure parking for $30 a day. Gym, pool, bbq, great area to be in with loads of restaurants, IGA, transport very close. The view over Claise Brook was spectacular. Sunrises were stunning. At night the Trafalgar bridge was lit up in colours. Should have booked direct with hotel as got charged $74 more by lastminute - I thought it was supposed to be a money saving option. Also no way to contact them to query.
Regardless we have been recommending East Perth Suites to everyone. Staff were so friendly and informative. We will be back!
