The appearance is grand. The room is humid. The smell after taking a shower cannot be dissipated. The window of the room cannot be opened. The sound insulation is relatively poor. You can hear clearly when people open and close the door outside. However, there are not many people. Overall, it is good.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was well-maintained. The location is convenience and it is within the free bus zone which is easy for visiting the CBD. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Perth city.

Good location in the CBD area. Nice spacious lobby as shown by picture. Had to pay for private parking but it was on-site and convenient. There is a Mexican eatery, IGA grocer and a liquor store at the small shopping area just next to the reception that make it convenient

Very nice place lovely room floor 9 top floor spotless bottle water in refrigerator lovely big lobby bar only bottle beer not on tap shame let us check out at 12 pm
