There is no buffet like on the website. There is also no smoking rooms. Although I booked a room that specifically said it was a smoking room……. Highly disappointed in the booking

I stayed here recently while in town for a friend’s wedding and overall it was a really good place to stay. The room was spacious and felt very clean, but the decor is definitely a bit dated. Not in a bad way, just not as luxurious or modern feeling as some newer hotels. Staff was very friendly during checkin and checkout process. There didnt seem to be many restaurants, bars, or shops within walking distance besides the ****** itself and it’s nearby restaurant, so plan accordingly if you don’t have a car.

We stopped here on our recent trip. The area of town was nice. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable of all hotels we've ever stayed in. Tlwe ate at their restaurant, but weren't expecting it to be across the street.

Stayed here after touring the Caterpillar visitor's center. Really comfy bed and the tv had YouTube so I could watch cool videos. My preferred place to stay when I'm in town. Great views of the Illinois River. Really enjoyed my visit. Hope to return soon.

So upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that I would be charged 25 dollars for checking in 20 minutes early, so I decided to wait the 20 minutes. Then when I did get checked in, the lady at the desk was not friendly. Her spill seems so pre rehearsed, that it seems condescending. There was no mention of the resort fee of 5.60 per day and there was definitely no water offered either on checkin or daily since I was there for 5 days. On the 3rd day of no room cleaning, I asked for clean towels and the lady at the desk asked me if I wanted to wait for them after I already asked her to deliver them to my room. I got them already shoved onto the towel rack in disarray. The room was clean for that was all that was good about this hotel. Not enough handicap parking at all. Every night after visiting family, I had to walk from the far right side of the building. Luckily, I had a cane. This hotel does not have a pool although there is plenty of space to build one. No spa services. The bar was closed more than open. No resort here but resort prices. I wished I would have stayed at the Hampton inn right on the side of this place. Oh… and the Landry room was not available and no dry cleaning services either!! I’m not staying at a suppose to be 2 star hotel for a 4 star hotel price. Go to the Hampton— I’ll make sure that I go there instead of this place and yes they have plenty of handicap parking right by their doors!!

The rooms are adequate, but that's the best I can say about them. I expected more from a ****** hotel. The staff are polite to your face, but not friendly. You can feel the aura of disdain coming off of them as they talk to you (and that includes management) and you can tell they're going to stay something negative about you to their colleagues as soon as you walk away. The final piece is that, when we got home, we discovered they overcharged us for several days we did not stay there.

This hotel is very nice, and the room was clean, big enough, and comfortable. However, the best of this hotel is its staff. I used a CPAP machine so I needed some distilled water to use it. I came very late in the night to check-in in at the hotel because of flight getting delayed. Charlotte and James (I hope I am saying his name correctly) were so friendly, and attentive, and did everything they could to get me the water I needed. James even went to the grocery store for me and got me the water that I needed. Going the extra way to help me out, was incredible for me! I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and will definitely be staying from now on in this hotel when I come to visit East Peoria.

Friendly front desk staff. Asked what floor I wished to stay on but failed to tell me that the 2nd and 3rd floor has been remodeled. As it was, I chose the 8th floor. The room was clean and worked properly. Very quiet which I appreciated. Only negative and I hope I am wrong. There were not enough plug ins by the bed. And plug ins to charge our cell phones appeared very limited.
