Restaurant and Bar were excellent places for food and beverages. Becki and Lindsey were wonderful and took the best care of me and my husband.

Strong smell of mold in the rooms. Bathroom floor is like an ice rink. Carpet is actually wet in the rooms I knew it was bad when I saw the staff spreading baking soda on the carpet in the lobby. Staff is very nice but the hotel is not nice. Fixtures in the bathroom need to be replaced. The food is below average also. I should be reimbursed for enduring the night there.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean our entire stay. We asked for fresh towels and we got them right away. Some staff did not speak english but whoever was near was really quick to help translate.

We hosted a weekend-long event and we're incredibly impressed with all the staff at The Penn Harris for their professionalism and dedication! In particular coordinating with Katee, Sean, and Jess was seamless and a true joy. This crew worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. During the event we were so grateful for the setup and hardwork of Vinod, Efren, Fran, and Patrick during our event. These individuals went above and beyond to ensure our ever-evolving event was a huge success!

I was at a conference at the Penn Harris from June 20th through the 22nd. The staff went above and beyond for all of us. Having been in the service industry for 20 years I have to tip my hat because this was the best conference I’ve ever been to. Thank you to Efren, Fran, Patrick, and Vinod for going above and beyond during our entire stay!

Muy felices con nuestro viaje ya que fuimos un grupo de 28 personas y estuvieron muy atentos de todo el servicio en especial las housekeepers que no mantuvieron todo en orden y limpio reponiendo todos los dias nuestras necesidades de higuiene.
