Staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. All our needs were met. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Everything was perfectly clean. The room itself was a little cold and sterile. The decor could use some sprucing up and updating by a professional design team. It was fine for a couple of days, however. We booked it because it was pet friendly and reasonably priced.

Summary: I’ve been here several times and it would be my hotel of choice if I returned to the area. I liked that it was very big because it was about 15° outside and it had been snowing quite a bit so it was nice that I could walk up and down the halls with my dogs after they went to the bathroom outside and they could get a little exercise that way. I also liked that we could get off the elevator and go out one of the mini exits without having to go through the front desk area, so it was private. It was very quiet, even though I know there were people in rooms around me and there were housekeepers around, but I just didn’t hear them which was important for me. I really like it to be quiet. The breakfast was pretty nice. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice. could be improved: The oranges and apples at breakfast were really too rotten to be served even the first day. I was there for four days and they kept the same ones out there the entire time. The fruit in the bowl by the yogurt was some kind of like a canned raspberry jelly kind of a thing and it wasn’t actual fruit. I like to have some fresh fruit every day and it wasn’t really an option here. The bananas were good though each day. They had oatmeal, which is also a good option for roughage when fruit is not available. There were a lot of signs of wear and tear in the hotel like some stains on the carpet in the hallways,but I didn’t care about that. Inside the rooms looked cute and nice and the other things that I liked about the hotel far outweighed the fact that it’s getting a little frayed around the edges in places. there was no luggage cart when I was checking out! I go on long trips and I have a lot of stuff with me, including my leg weights and my hand weights for exercising and so I really need a cart. The dogs were already in the car and I couldn’t go anywhere. They quickly located an old cart and that worked OK and they did do it pretty fast but in a hotel that size they should really have enough luggage racks. When you arrive at a hotel after traveling all day and when you’re ready to go because you’ve got to go catch a plane or get to your next location or whatever, that’s a stressful time and it’s a really bad time to be delayed indefinitely because of a simple thing like a luggage rack, not being available. And finally, the floor in my room was really dirty. I walked around in my socks because my feet got pretty black from the dirt really quickly so I left my socks on and my socks were black from dirt. I’m not sure how they’re cleaning those room floors, but they definitely need to do something differently.

Building is falling apart. Pest or faulty pipes within the wall making noise, I opted against confirming which one. Roaches found in room , signs held up with tape throughout the facility. Carpet missing or falling off wall in many places. Very old furnishings and appliances. Light fixtures with on covers. Cabinet doors falling off. High security deposit required. I snapped a few photos while checking out early, when I decided a review was required. I did not get interior room photos.

Very friendly staff. Spacious suites with full size kitchen were wonderful. Any requests were promptly accommodated. Like when the computer in the business office was not working, they fixed it quickly.

The room was very outdated. The vent in primary suite was hanging on by a long screw and ultimately came off. The closet doors were hard to open. The room was on the third floor and I could hear all of the neighboring rooms particularly the person above me walking in the early morning.

The room was awesome, very clean and had everything we needed. Front desk check in was easy and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Thank you
