This accomodation was fine for one night and allowed us to explore Melbourne city (CBD was a nice 30 minute walk away). The room was dated and basic, we requested a sofa bed which was not easy to make up and was very uncomfortable. Room needed a deep clean, the fridge was very dirty.

Needs double glazing on the windows tho as the city is noisy overnight.

First impressions was ok, the building is old and didn't look well maintained. lady at reception was very helpful.
Carpet had stains, kitchen taps, bench and cupboards were old and in poor condition.
Was sitting on couch when noticed a mouse on the kitchen floor, it scurried up into the corner cupboard. Picture shows where this was.
Very noisy overnight and curtains didn't block out the street light.
Would not stay here again.

I booked a 1 bedroom apartment and when we opened the door, it was like stepping back in time 40 years ago! There has been an attempt to modernise the apartment with a new 2 seater couch, new chair's and blinds. However, the rest of the apartment is very old and tired. The bedroom was made up with 1 blanket and no cover. Found another blanket in the cupboard. The bathroom is very small with a shower over the bath. Wouldn't bathe in the bath as the enamel is coming off. There was a sign advising to run the hot water tap for the shower and adjust the temperature using the cold tap! Not too sure if this meets OH & S standards! The location to the hospitals and MCG is perfect but I would hesitate to stay here again

Excellent, I am usually a 5 star girl but Mum was in hospital nearby and this fit the bill perfectly.
