Close to the concert venue, quiet and comfortable, spacious room, very satisfactory bed. The only downside is that the reception is only open until 5pm. I arrived at 5:30pm but the door was closed, which made me panic. Fortunately, I received a message telling me to use the password to open the mailbox and get the room key myself. In addition, the hotel does not provide meals and there are no restaurants nearby, which is a bit inconvenient.

Firstly, this was a nice hotel for our needs as a family with two young kids. The two bedroom apartment was sufficient for our needs. Quest is not flash but across many stays with the Group, it has always delivered what is expected and what was needed. Rooms were clean, well looked after, secure and comfortable and helpful, knowledgable staff. The hotel is CBD adjacent, a short walk to the tram and with cafes and restaurants all within easy reach in East Melbourne and a literal stones throw from the MCG, Rod Laver Arena and AAMI park. Easy access to the river as well and over to the Botanic Gardens, South Yarra etc.

it was a 1 bedroom apartment. It was warm with a quiet air conditioner. The room was quiet. The street was quiet. The hotel room was clean. It was big. It had 2 bottles of complementary bottled water (which is really handy to have when you arrive) as well as 2 bottles of soft drink that were also complementary plus 2 Tim Tam biscuits. It was also nice to have cakes of soap in the bathroom rather than just that horrible bodywash gel many hotels are only providing now. The hotel is very convenient to get to the MCG. Also my room was ready before check-in time as I had requested.

Very close to public transport although I choose to walk through the lovely parks to the city. Close to the main train station and within walking distance. Wouldn't recommend with small children though. A very nice cafe close for great coffee and breakfast.

We like staying here as we have before, 500m from the G, good for parking, Nice size 2 bed unit for our teens, very efficient service at reception which is very important to us..

We chose this location to be close to the MCG and it was perfect. 5 minute walk and we were in the ground. Comfy beds. Clean room Fantastic staff

Location was perfect for McG and Rod Laver events. Room was comfortable for 3 adults. Staff were attentive and friendly- provided solutions to any challenges. Would definitely recommend staying here if going to events in the sporting precinct
