The hotel is located closely to the tram station and is only three stops away from the city centre. The room is tidy and clean. Only thing that bothered me is the drain at the toilet smelled a bit. The hotel charged overnight parking at a reasonable price. Overall, a good stay.

Good breakfast with many options and best things till 1030am.
Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early when the room was available.
Room condition is clean and well-maintained. Definitely be back on my next Melbourn trip.

Location for Gloabl Balloning Hot Air Balloon which mean you do not need to wake up so early to get the 5am flight. Great services also

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the city. There are also several restaurants nearby. Opposite the Australian Open venue, the station is at the door.
