Our stay was perfect from the first moment we walked in the door and continued through every facet of our stay. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The pool and spa blissful. The lounge and bar comfortable and tasty. Attention to detail, quality products, pleasant cheerful staff and squeaky clean. This hotel had all we needed and more. I highly recommend Lanson Place Parliament Gardens and hope to stay again soon.

Very nice property. A few early teething problems. Salt and pepper should be included as should dishwasher detergent in the suites with kitchenettes. Because the coffee from the machine at breakfast is so bad we were forced to order it from downstairs and pay for it. TV reception needs improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay, a very comfortable room, conveniently situated in centre of Melbourne. Near Pellegrini's, Theatres and lovely gardens. Great Bed, spacious room. Room service was great, and drinks in the lobby was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.

very good room facility and service loved it . staff is friendly and location is amazing, i like this place in general and the design is also amazing. we been give some drink when we check in, and we got help from friendly staff member, over all its very interesting experience

The Lanson Place was spotless, very comfy and well appointed. It is in a good location for walking around the city. Breakfast was excellent although no decaf. coffee available. I forgot to take my bathers but will next time to use the lap pool. Will be interesting to see pricing once opening offers lapse?

Excellent new premises in great location but a few teething problems to sort out. Quiet rooms with a large TV and comfortable bed. Love the lobby area with its meals, drinks and coffee. Service good very helpful staff . TV pixilated in the mornings so impossible to watch. Room heating not working and was not rectified during our four night stay. Not really needed as afternoon sun helped. Breakfast on floor one good but layout needs redesigning as ergonomics poor, ie nowhere to place a plate whist using buffet or no glasses for strange jars of juice. Too clever by a half. Staff couldn’t start over complicated toaster.

Great staff, superb breakfast and cocktails. The Lanson is a new hotel at the Paris end of town. I chose it because I saw a room with views overlooking the park. The staff Kavindra and the crew at the Albert breakfast hall and the bar in the lobby were very hospitable. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very good except for one flaw. The curtains in the lounge cannot close due to a design flaw. This means that there is limited privacy in the lounge area.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and fresh. Staff were so friendly and attentive, easily approachable and accommodating with my dietary needs and providing a rollaway bed for my son for one night. Breakfast was great

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The service is impeccable, the hotel is beautiful. We got a free cocktail included & buffet breakfast was next level 👌🏻 will be staying again soon. Amenities are on point 👌🏻 could not fault anything on our stay. Was a close walk to everything you need on a city stay
