No hair dryer and the electricity is not stable. No common area for eating my birthday cake or any special for birthday. Needless to say, the television is full of snow flower. Yet, the location is excellent within 40 mins to the international airport.

4 stars for the night guy at the front desk. The rest of the facilities and environment are ridiculously bad. I suggest not to stay in this hotel overnight just to save money. They don't have air conditioning. They have a vacuum cleaner but it's blocked. The water heater is broken and can't be used. It's so cold to take a shower.

I appreciate that Muslims are fasting, but F&B Services employees must continue to do their jobs. The buffet area must be kept clean and the service must be maintained, such as if the food in the service dish runs out, please check it if there is any empty refill even though the closing time is still 20 minutes away, I am very disappointed even though I often stay at Cordela Medan.
