A very tranquil place situated at the river mouth and the sea. Beautiful sunset sitting in your sea facing apartments ( secluded & private) . Backed up with a culinary restaurant and a Bar which adds to the ambience of the place Versatile chef Ms Unathi can appease and tantalise your palate with delicious spreads. Very secure and awesome place for a family outing. Staff very helpful and always willing to assist with a smile. keep it up.

Might be a festive issue but this place turns into a night club and Long Street with visibly drunk residents doing an up and down the whole night. If you travelling with family (girl child especually) avoid and avoid. I would not come back even if they paid me to. Management no where to intervene.

Overall I'm happy with everything except one thing the throw on the bed was dirty. I removed and hoped the cleaning lady will change it the next day but she put back the same one. That really annoyed me because it showed she doesn't check

Unbearable noise
My family and I stayed at J10, the room was clean and the receptionist service was good but the amount of noise that other guests make was unbearable. Hotels are supposed to be peaceful and quiet but by 5am guests in other rooms were already making so much noise my 1 year baby was constantly getting woken up. Please put notices on balconies that guests should keep their noise levels down.
