We had never been to Nova Scotia and it was my first time to Canada. I found this delightful place on the Atlantic Ocean about 30 minutes from Halifax, where we landed. Jane is highly responsive! The place was amazing! Clean, eclectic, stocked with everything you need, and they are kind people. We met Jane's husband Calvin who built the extra rooms himself. You hear the sounds of the ocean waves the whole time and most decks show you that. The room is stocked with all the comforts you need: a convection oven, a microwave and an air fryer and coffee maker. Most of the condiments you need are in the refrigerator. Hair dryer, too. We would highly recommend Moonlight Suites and would go back again! Maureen

In an excellent location. Being able to walk from the suite right along Laurencetown beach was lovely. Jane was a lovely host and responsive to our needs. We were in the smallest suite which has a limited view but met our needs perfectly. It had everything we needed to cook in the little kitchen but also nice eateries close by. The suite is a bit dated but lovely and clean and quiet.

We loved the location and beach. The accommodations were much smaller than we thought we were getting, and were in the basement part of the unit. We further understand that this unit had been previously flooded so it was presented with a dehimudifier and air purifier. Unfortunately our belongings smelled musty after a 2 day stay.

The entire place was perfect! The bathroom is wonderful and the ocean in front of the windows, it’s just an amazing place to stay!

Fantastic location right on the beach, with amazing views of the water. Decks are a great place to soak up the vibe. You can surf right outside or walk to the main beach. Owners are very welcoming. Rooms are clean but a bit tired and musty for the price.
