*****BEWARE!!!****** HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The pictures are FAKE! Room has cracking and breaking walls. The whole room is disgusting. I have a video of me wiping down the whole room and the wipe is BLACK. The hotel was dirty and smelled like mold and vinegar. Trash was full everywhere. They told us they’d give refund when I HAD to buy another hotel and then told ******* they weren’t refunding due to a pee diaper in the trash (because my baby needed changed) and the sheets were lifted because I had to look for bed bugs. They told ******* they had people witnessing my kids jumping on the bed, my kids are disabled!!!!! Disgusting, I would never ever, ever go back. The reviews are fake. The BBB/local news and all outlets will know about this experience. We came out here for my mother FUNERAL. We were bamboozled by the reviews. * also the hotel went ended up at in the same town said 4 people within the last week have left this hotel because of how bad it was.

Family spring break
This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel and we will continue to choose this hotel in the future as well. The staff are friendly, the amenities are great for our family and it is located centrally to a lot of the places we like to visit when we are in Lancaster.
