This hotel is a gem! We couldn't believe how spacious the room was - the separate seating area was especially nice to have. Everything was spotlessly clean and up to date, and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty and filling with staff regularly "refreshing" all the items. Having the indoor pool was a bonus since it would have been a little chilly to use an outdoor pool. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to all the Amish Country attractions. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable place to stay. It's so convenient to the American Music Theater. Always a positive experience. Karley Fryberger is always a pleasure to see when checking it. Such a fun person. The beds are perfect for a good nights' sleep. My go to place each and every time. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites in Lancaster for 1 night. My husband and I were in town for a show at AMT. The price was better than most hotels in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The complimentary breakfast was good and free. They sold water and soft drinks from their pantry store. Water is $1.00; other drinks $2.00. I felt that water should have been complimentry, at least 2 bottles in room per day. Overall, we felt comfortable and liked it. Conveniently located to everything and there was a thrift store, Superstore Goodwill, within walking distance. I would stay there again.

It was a pretty good stay. Seemed pretty well cleaned that I could see. The only thing in our room was that one of the beds was super squeaky but really comfortable. My husband said the breakfast was good which was served from 6:30-9:30am. Would stay there again.
