The room smelled funny like musty water. Mold evidence in shower. No Coffee maker. TV way too small The fridge was Gigantic

I want a refund for this, there was blood on the bathroom floor, mold in the vents, bugs on the floor, everything was dirty, checked in the room and then immediately left, this was beyond ridiculous, this hotel should be removed off of *******. I want a refund

The staff was very friendly, but the other guests were very loud- the hallways did not smell good and someone was smoking and we had a non-smoking room but the smoke carried down the hallways- very disappointing.

Okay but there’s extra fees not listed
The hotel is a little run down and looks like it houses a lot of long term stays. We arrived and were asked for an additional $100 deposit that wasn’t mentioned on the listing and there’s $150 for extended stays. We were only given one room key and had to go back to the desk to get the key fixed because it wasn’t working and the room was kind of dirty and the refrigerator barely worked but we didn’t have another option because things were booked and we just stuck it out for the night. Okay for one night but there were people fighting and pounding across the hall and it didn’t feel super safe
