Little to say about service as we got their late and didn’t really need much service, or expect any. The room had a musty smell to it, had unclean spots on the sheets & floor. The air conditioner would freeze up and stop working from time to time and the in-room fridge was frozen with a big block of ice in it. I used this for an impromptu fishing trip and only slept there for about 5 hours and left, and for that reason, I guess it was ok, but really could sleep that great due to the air not fully working.

The filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen or been in. The room was disgusting and smelled like mold. The bedspread had questionable stains on it. The carpet was also very stained, and dirty. Crumbs and skin flakes were visible on the sheets as well as blood stains. Unsanitary and health code violations abounded. It should be condemned.

Down right gross! Smell of pot when we showed up was overwhelming. That was nothing!!! The room had mouse poop all over, bed had some kind of smeared stuff on the bed skirts, the fridge was not clean, bathroom shower curtain had mold on it, towels had stains. I wouldn’t even eat for the breakfast because if they can’t clean the room then I can only imagine what the food are is like. Thankfully we only bought one night. When we told the lady at the front desk at check out she didn’t seem to care. I was shocked. Thankfully we went to Holiday Inn Express in Grove City. Do yourself a favor and do the same!!!!

Let's just say I was booked for two nights and I checked out after the 1st night very early just to get out of there! First of all, upon entering the room there was a stench of something that was very unpleasant. I had to put the air conditioning on high to try and get some fresh air (which didn't help the situation at all). Secondly, the toilet did not flush. Thirdly, the chair at the desk in my room was broken and I almost did a nosedive upon sitting on it. Four - the coffee cub was in the BATHROOM!! And there were coffee splashes all around that area that did not look appetizing at all. Yuck. Five - the shower was huge BUT it had a shower head that sprayed way over the top of the area where a person would normally be standing to soap up and shower. And me, with some serious handicaps, did not fair well with this apparatus. Very hard to use and did not accomplish be being able to take a proper shower as I had to hold the shower head in order to even get the water on me Six - people talking until the wee hours was very annoying. Seven - the wash cloths and towels were stained and didn't look very sanitary On the plus side, the guy at the front desk when I checked in (said his name was John) was very friendly. AND the hotel was pet friendly which is why I chose it in the first place. Will never go there again.

Our room and bed was clean however the beds are old. Our only complaint the breakfast was disappointing sausage was awful and cold muffins and donuts dried out,eggs awful too. No fruit and poor choice in cereal. They did have a waffle maker which was the best decision but came out not completely cooked. Coffee was fine. The pool was also nice the kids enjoyed it. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It is a budget motel so my expectations were not very high but this place was terrible. Asked for a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes. They obviously knew it was an issue as they hung a cheap car air freshener to try to mask the smell. IT DID NOT WORK. No toilet paper in the room. Had to hunt down our own. Will not stay there again.

One star for the nice front desk staff. Got in late from a long day of work. First room there were stains on the blankets. The once white blanket was yellow. The carpets didn't look like there cleaned at all. Second room was a little better until I pulled the blanket down and there was something crunchy on the sheets. The toilet in this room was also black water. 3rd room was OK. The blankets were clean but the towels had yellow stains on them. The tub wouldn't drain. The bed was comfortable but I also slept with my own blanket with there blankets at the foot of the bed. I choose to stay here because reviews stated the breakfast was good. It was ok. Egg patties and microwave sausage, cereal and waffles. Coffee was good. Noticed that everyone at breakfast was a truck driver.

Walked in and the floor was stained and damp. It stunk of cheap chemicals. There were stains and markings all over the walls. Spiderwebs I’m the corners. Just looking at the room I knew I had to check the bed. The sheets were stained. There was a padding underneath the sheets that had blood stains and sweat stains and whatever else I do not want to know. The bed was damp. The pillows were stained. There was a bug at the end of the bed. It was so gross that I ended up sleeping in my car.!!! Do not stay here, I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel is showing its age, but clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and had a good nights sleep, came with fridge and microwave. Hot breakfast with patties and fried eggs, juices and coffee. Staff were excellent throughout our stay, 5 minutes out of town centre, would recommend for the price.
