Das beste Hotel auf unserer 6 wöchigen Indonesien Reise. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Ein 5 Sterne Hotel Traum. Bis auf in Asien unüblich Wurstwaren, alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir kamen um 6 Uhr morgens von der Fähre und bekamen ein Frühstück als Willkommensgeschenk.

Avant d’aller au îles togian, J’ai retiré 3 fois 3 000 000. Nous sommes rentrées à l’hôtel après le retrait d’argent. Le matin nous sommes allé au petit déjeuner. De retour dans notre chambre, nous avons fais nos bagages et avons constaté qu’il manquait 2 900 000. (Les 3 paquets de 3 000 000 sont passés à 1 paquet de 1 900 000, 1 paquet de 2 600 000 et 1 paquet de 1 600 000) pas con l’artiste ! J’ai informé la réception que nous avions un problème, et ai demandé si il pouvait vérifier la caméra afin de savoir si quelqu’un était entré dans la chambre. En effet, un employé est entré pendant que nous étions au petit déjeuner. Le directeur ne nous crois pas et demande de nous justifier, apparement, les images ne suffise pas. Cependant je savais exactement la somme que j’avais, et je suis sortie de la chambre uniquement pour le petit dejeuner, et c’est la seule personne qui est entrée dans la chambre. Coïncidence ? Passe un joyeux Noël rian avec mon argent!

We expected much more for such value of money. The room offered for such price was without any windows, terrible, we changed but got hot and without fridge, so we decided to ask for another but they said that they can give us better but we need to write positive opinion on TripAdvisor.!!? In fact room has small balcony, fridge and window but was more expensive. The staff tried to do the best but it is so artificial, they smiled all the time but not recognised the guest so they said hallo every 5 minutes which was strange. Also the breakfast is quite terrible.you got toast but nothing else, as they have omlette, nasi, and other Indonesian staff...the mocca Caffe deserves a separate opinion as nobody is there and the food is frozen,we ended with stomach pain after the dinner which looked great but was old. The biggest problem was with bad bugs. We got a lot of itchy signs after this stay. Also they mistaken our laundry. The price for the laundry is extremely overpriced (triple).and not good at all after jungle trekking. Of course I realise that in Gorontalo there are no so many options but it should be much cheaper for that what you get!
