Fourth or fifth time I've stayed here in the past few years, it has gradually become a bit grubby and a little run down. The rooms can range from tiny and poorly lit to large suites although the furnishings are in need of replacement. Infrastructure could use some work (no hot water for my shower last night only luke-warm water) the corridor carpets are rather sad, the 5 second rule would be replaced with a 'heck no' rule for them. I'm not sure we'd go back if there are comparable alternatives in part due to the high cost of a tiny room ($314 a night). I should mention the hotel was packed during this visit and the hot water could have been exhausted by guests but by 22.00hrs it really should have been restored. When reported the receptionist didn't seem to be bothered by it either.

The hotel is quite nice - the grounds are well kept and very resort-like. The interior is also nicely kept. The room is showing wear and is feeling a bit outdated. The carpet at the doorway was coming apart and in need of repair. The tv seemed ancient, small and had terrible sound. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to have dinner at Elements and the hostess asked if we had reservations and acted like it was a big deal but there were tons of tables open. She said it would be an hour for a table - we asked if we could sit at the bar and she said yes but just as she went to walk us over some people took the only open seats (there were only 6 chairs at the bar). But she felt bad and arranged for us to have a table. It was a fantastic meal and our waiter was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We would have stayed longer and had a couple more drinks but the restaurant & bar closed at 10pm. We found this quite early and there were several other people who looked like they were wanting a place to have a drink and socialize but were turned away as they came in just before 10. It seems like a missed opportunity for the business to shut down so early during peak season. We came in late the next night after golfing a later game and ended up eating at the bar and found the same thing - people wanting to come in as it was closing. But we had another great meal! The pool facilities closed at 10pm as well - so no late night swimming - which would have been great after being out all day. Maybe if we were traveling with young children this wouldn’t be an issue - but staying at a golf resort we were hoping for more evening services geared to adults. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon checking in special mention to Samuel. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional. You can tell the team genuinely cares about guest comfort and their hospitality made a big difference throughout our stay. This hotel was recommended by a friend of mine Rizzale, and were not dissapointed. We dine at Elements restaurant and had an outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with great service. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! Troy and Lachlan went above and beyond. The room was cozy and they knew it was my anniversary and had the cutest swans made on our bed which I loved. I wish the outdoor pool was cooler as it was quite hot out and the pool was not as refreshing as i would have liked but it was clean. The whole hotel was very clean. Will definitely be making this hotel an annual place for our trips.

We came for a weekend in 2023 and loved it. Came back this past weekend with the same group and loved it again. Great value for money… the suites are amazing. Great service from staff too. Someone walked off with my pool towel and I was pretty annoyed about it since they have a towel card system, and the bartender went upstairs to bring me a new one. The outdoor pool with the bar is awesome… you really feel like you’re at a resort and not just a hotel. The indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool which was nice when it started raining.

This place looks nice and is in a good location, however, there is no concern over guests health and safety. We had an unfortunate run-in with another group of guests who were drinking outside alcohol by the pool. One of them got so drunk they weren't able to walk and started throwing up on the pool deck. Their group thought it would be funny to then put them in the pool. When other guests around the pool stated their concern this group told them to mind their own business. Several people called or went to the front desk to have the hotel deal with it, they asked the group to get the drunk person who was still throwing up in the pool to remove them but the group became very aggressive and refused. When a manager finally made it down they basically just laughed and said "oh ya this happens" and got the staff to clean up the puke around the pool and said we didn't have to worry about cleanliness because the pool was chlorinated. When we told the manager this group was threatening other guests and clearly drinking outside alcohol, literally pointing at it as they were still drinking, they just said there was nothing they can do. We asked to speak to the general manager but told they weren't around until the next day. The next day we asked again about 4 or 5 times throughout the day to speak with the general manager but were told they were too busy with other things. If you want a enjoyable and relaxing experience stay clear of this hotel, the management does not care at all about the guests.

Had a great experience at Copper Point. Nice staff, clean room. Was everything I expect in hotels. Outside pools were closed but they gave us warning of that so it was a none issue to me. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area.
