The access to get your things to your room is very challenging. Other than that challenge it was a great stay. We stayed in he approach 2.

Property was outdated, extremely noisey at all hours of the day and night. Geared towards a younger crowd looking to party.
Not suitable for families or anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

I have been coming to Panorama and the Approach Hotel since 2018. Our last visit was for our honeymoon this December 2024 and we flew all the way from the UK to stay here. The staff in every part of the resort are wonderful, and we have always had a perfect experience in the Approach. The Approach has since been renovated and the rooms are excellent. The location of the Approach is just stunning, with the entrance being 20-30 metres from the Mile Express Ski Lift. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff always attentive and available. The Approach is also blessed with a Fitness Suite (we used that every evening), hot tub and sauna, and a lovely little cafe at the base of the hotel. It is also next to/above the Alto Restaurant - a lovely Italian - and the T Bar - the local pub. Plus less than 100 metres from the Panorama hot springs. Everything you need is literally under one blanket! It’s perfect!

Very basic room
There was no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot in Panorama. The room didn't have a fridge which comes standard in all hotel rooms now.
