We picked this hotel as it is close to Halim Whoosh Station. However, the hotel is very dated and could be better maintained. The bedsheets were stained, the mattresses had hairs on them, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom (we spotted at least two!). Decent location and price, but not sure if the best option if staying for more than one night.

Room is great, booked deluxe and get free upgrade by the hotel. Only the hiccup due to door malfunction. Otherwise room is good and huge.

Due to heavy rain in Bandung, I missed the bus to Jakarta. I wanted to cancel the hotel service or change the date. I tried to contact the hotel from 18:30 in the evening, called the hotel, sent emails, but no one answered the phone. I couldn't get in touch, so I suspected that the hotel front desk phone number was wrong, or no service staff answered the phone. The service awareness was extremely poor.
