This hotel is dark and tired, low ceilings and very dated, grubby decor don’t help. The rooms have all the basics, fridge, microwave, desk and coffee machine. But it lacks any dedicated touch. I would really suggest you avoid this one and look elsewhere

This hotel is tired and in desperate need of a good freshening. The feel is dark and dingy. Stay away from rooms on the lower level as you will hear the constant grind of the elevator equipment with every use. The bedding has been well used and some of the coverings have stains. The hallways are particularly dark and the floor coverings have seen their better days.

This was an average hotel with the usual amenities. It was clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant was very nice, but a lot of the breakfast items in the buffet needed replenishing. This hotel wasn’t extraordinary, but it also wasn’t terrible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Luis the bell man was awesome great customer service and so helpful. He took the time out to make sure I had everything I needed and brought water to my door. He is a great employee and because of his generosity and help we will be back thank you Luis .

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for 2 nights and had great sleep. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and the staff was really friendly. Hopefully we will be able to come back in the next couple of years since we enjoy visiting Pennsylvania and we love railfanning.

I reserved a pack n play weeks in advance. When I got there it wasn’t set up so I did it myself but it was broken and disgusting like someone threw up in it. I asked for another one (it was 3am!) so my baby could sleep that night safely and they found one but still no sheets. I’m also now appalled at their response to my complaint, saying sorry we missed the mark but will train our staff to set these up. This could have been a dangerous situation.

My mother and I spent the night at the Heritage Hotel. Check in was easy and we went straight to our room. The room is dated but very clean. It had the usual two beds, TV, comfortable chair, and small refrigerator. The bathroom looks old, but everything worked fine. The room was quiet. We never heard any noise in the hallways. Rooms are on the second and third floor, while the breakfast is on the first floor. They had a large seating area for breakfast. They offered cold cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast and bagels. There were also a number of drinks offered. No one should walk away hungry.

Terrible customer service. My parents had to cancel their one night stay for a family event due to my dad experiencing some side effects from his cancer treatment. My dad spoke to Mike, one of the managers, who was extremely rude. My dad explained that he is a senior citizen and going through cancer treatment if they would be able to make any exceptions and get a refund for their stay. Mike responded with "Well you don't sound sick." Who says that??? I didn't know you had to "sound" a certain way to have cancer but according to Mike you do. It would have been fine if he would have went on to explain the hotels policy and inform my dad that no matter the circumstances they would not be able to grant a refund. Mike should be ashamed of himself and I hope he never has to go through something like my Dad is.
