Whether it’s a business trip, weekend getaway, or a reunion, we are here for your every need. We are 100% smoke free.The hotel is located right off of Route 30 and very close to many attractions. We are situated outside of Lancaster City. Guests will find many farmers markets and country charm throughout their stay in the area. Lancaster County has many different types of fairs, shows, and events going on all year long, please feel free to ask our front desk staff for local and current suggestions. We are also close to many large businesses. Some of the major businesses include Armstrong and Lift, located less than two miles away. The hotel was reserved in my wife’s name with her credit card info, when we got to the hotel for check-in, we decided to use my card and informed the front desk staff to do so which they did with no problem. My card was charged and life went on, We checked out Sunday morning after our two night stay and on the way back home to North Carolina my wife gets a Notification text from her bank that her card has been charged $398 mind you I’ve already paid with my card that Friday, when she called the hotel to find out why her card was charged she was given the runaround about her card being charged, they kept telling her she’ll get her money back in 3 to 5 days like it’s no big deal, She tried to explain to them that we switched cards during check in and my card had already been used , her card shouldn’t have been used at all, we’ve done this before at other hotels and have never had a problem. I know things happen but an apology Would’ve been acceptable but to keep saying wait your 3-5 days for your money as if it’s business as usual and be fine with it was unacceptable especially due to their error

I would never stay at this hotel again. We were charged for an additional room that had been cancelled in advance, and no one informed us of this charge at check-in or check-out. When we tried to resolve the issue, neither the GM nor the staff offered any assistance or accountability. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The carpets in the hallways are badly stained—possibly from vomit or pet accidents—and the entire place has a musty, unpleasant odor. The room was no better: outdated, unclean, and equally smelly. There are many better options in Lancaster. I highly recommend booking your stay elsewhere.

I’d book here again
My stay was great! I’d definitely book here when visiting Lancaster again. My stay was comfortable and peaceful and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would have liked to see different is the stains from the carpet outside of the elevator and a stain on the carpet in front of my room cleaned up. Other than that, everything else was great!

Tv was not working was only there to sleep due to work and to relax and watch some tv after my shift got to hotel
Late around 1130 ish they said they couldn’t do anything until next day one I left for work at around 6am so they wouldn’t been able to help me
