A fantastic place for a short weekend getaway. Would love to do it again

Great Accommodations The room was very clean and comfortable. Television was fairly easy to use. They also answered the telephone up front when I called to ask a question. I would stay there again.

Extremely Disappointed/Unpleasant Staff I was super excited to stay here for a girls weekend that I had book for my friends and I, only to find out when we got that the room I had booked they never told us wasn’t available. We were handed our room key, got to our room and there was enough beds for all of us to sleep. I called the front desk and was told the room I had booked for all of us wasn’t available and they had one other room available on the complete opposite side of the resort if one person wanted to sleep there. My friends and I got separated, two of a slept in one room sharing a bed and the other two slept in a room on the opposite side of the resort one in a bed and the other on a sofa. I wish this hotel would have notified me way before we had arrived for our stay that out booked room wasn’t available or at least tried to better accommodate us. I asked twice to speak to a manager and both times was told the manager wasn’t there and they would be in touch, and that never happened. When we checked out and asked if we could speak to a manager, the front desk wasn’t very pleasant and said I’ll just take your number down. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Amazing Deal! Big huge room (#301) with a few of the gardens...Very nice room with a small kitchenette and a nice place to dine. This was a great find!

Will recommend Nice place to stay for few days. Very quiet but need more cleaning.
