It was a basic motel. No reception area and we couldn’t socialise with our friends we stayed adjacent too.

Reasonable Travelodge but could be better maintained. Toilet bowl was cracked and toilet smelled. Otherwise OK. Bit of road noise but reasonably quiet. Pleasant staff.

The hotel was clean & well maintained. But I saw a housekeeping lady entering an occupied room assuming they have checked out. They did the same with us too. Entered our room without us checking out. Housekeeping ladies were loud & chattering while cleaning adjacent rooms in the morning. I am a very light sleeper & I couldn’t sleep.

Booked in to save a freezing cold 6 hour wait for the RAC. Felt so lucky the Travelodge was there and had availability. Also had tech troubles (everything going wrong that night) so the receptionist helped me book in. Very grateful.

I have been using this gem of a place for years and I will continue to do so. The team they have there are first class and are very helpful. The rooms are always presented extremely well and you are guaranteed of a good nights sleep. I will always recommend this Hotel to anyone. Great work !!

A great stay! Micheal was fantastic and helped us when we needed it. He is a credit to the company and deserves a raise. All the members of staff and really great, they were always helpful with sorting spare towels or extra coffee which was very much appreciated.

At Alton Four Marks Travelodge, the bedrooms were updated but the bathrooms were dated. The 1st night, the hot water was not working. The extract ventilation in the bathroom was not working at all. There were clear black mould patches on the ceiling. There was no ventilation in the bedroom either, only windows. On waking, the room felt stuffy and there was alot of condensation on the windows. There was only a kettle in the room, no cups or tea/milk in the room. Should have free wifi as phone reception in the hotel was poor/not working, whereas in the car park, it was fine! The reception was friendly. Would not stay here again.
