Family friendly
2nd visit to Premier Sani, the standard of accomodation is really good. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Food is good, activities are great.

You get what you get and you don't get upset...
Only dinner option on Sunday was the R255 buffet - nothing else!
No a la carte, no room service, zero options!
My 11yr old daughter just wanted a toasted sandwich - nope cant help!
Eventually at a price of R125 she was allowed to enter the dining hall where she took 2 slices of (cold) kiddies pizza and we returned to our room.
My Mrs and I didn't bother to eat for fear of being mistakenly swallowed in the eat-as-much-as-you-can frenzy up at the serving counter...
The whole dining vibe was far from relaxed and so we opted to give our prepaid breakfast a skip the next morning and instead drove to a nearby lodge for a great country meal.
I have some fond memories of this hotel in its day but sadly not an option for our family again.

Verbleven met groepdoorreis 2 nachten daar . Sliepen in kamers apart van het hoofdgebouw . Gelukkig wat verwarming ( maar enorm veel lawaai) Ontbijt en avondmaal was ok naar zuid afrikaanse normen . Buiten dient wat opgeruimd . Zwembad up tot daten . Voettocht naar waterval was een aanrader . Vertrokken vanuit het hotel voor jeeptocht naar Lesotho .

Bel hôtel dans le drakensberg. Nous étions venus en 2018. On l'avais trouvé sublime Là, cette fois-ci, grande déception. Certe rien à dire au niveau du personnel qui fait de son mieux. Grande chambre, salle de bain demande une rénovation. L'eau était marron, on m'a dit normal il pleut, c'est l'eau du tank. Piscine fermée à 17h dommage après de longue marche. Diner buffet correcte mais le petit déjeuner très décevant, pas digne de cet hôtel.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff and the food was excellent, thumbs up for the chef and his crew, can definitely recommend Sani Pass Hotel. It is highly recommended to anyone who wants a relaxed and peaceful holiday or just a short breakaway

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.......dirty, unfriendly / unhelpful staff [ not all ] , poor service levels etc.... ....from the booking to the check out was a nightmare...and this " Premier Resort " is 4 star I was told..........Well their prices certainly indicate that but what they offer is dismal, way below expectation!

This was one of the best stays we had for a long time. It was cold outside the hotel but inside there was a warm atmosphere created by people and wood fires. The food was to die for. The staff was polite and helpfull all the time during our stay. A well managed hotel. Excellent stuff keep it up.
