The hotel is well located in a nice area with lots of woodland around, some 12 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport. It is quiet, offers a friendly welcome, plenty of free car parking space and well equipped spacious comfofrtable rooms. We did not have breakfast or use any of the leisure facilities, nor 24 hour room service, but our impression was that all of these were of a good standard. The only niggle was that the temperature control of the room we had did not function correctly. This was reportedd to reception who said they would do a "reboot" of the heating system, but even after that, the room remained a little cold. Otherwise no complaints and recommended.

Very nice hotel, clean with good facilities.
We stayed for 1 night only and used the spa in the morning.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly as well.

It's very convenient to go to Gatwick Airport in just over ten minutes! The hotel service is also very good, and breakfast is basically available! A very quiet place! There is an M&Sfood supermarket opposite, which is very convenient!
