Cleanly ness in side the room and out side premises was not good and the dust was visible in all the areas.

Helpful staff, relatively near to sathyanarayana swamy temple. In house restaurant as well as there is a food court outside (belongs to same property. However it needs better maintenance and hygiene and renovation is required. Bathroom locks not working, room was infested with super big lizards, pool chairs and gym equipment were broken and in dilapidated condition.

Resort is outdated. Maintenence is poor. Food is terrible. Lot of things are notbin good content. Like open gym play area etc

We faced problem with hot water. Only we got warm water not hot water. I feel it is the essential thing during this winter season. Cleanliness in the resort is also not satisfactory. Not worth for the amount we paid for this stay.

This property has no elevators. Had to climb stairs. No shower and even hand shower was not working. Otherwise ambience is good and staff behavior is good.

Very poor maintenance, rooms are not well maintained corridors are pathetic buckets and mugs in washrooms are like public toilets.. swimming pool reception and garden are good but rooms are not at all good .. unable to digest how it got 4star rating
