This unique property is fully equipped with everything you and your guests will need to enjoy your vacation getaway. Bring your boat and enjoy the dock with direct access to the ocean, Washburn Island & Martha's Vineyard! Relax at the association beach, kayak to Washburn Island, use the private clubhouse heated swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant & bar (in season), or explore all of the activities that the Falmouth area and Cape Cod have to offer. For shopping the property is located halfway between Mashpee Commons and Falmouth Center (4 miles either way). The home is a ranch style with a cathedral ceiling over the open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, gas fireplace and central A/C. It is outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen, propane gas grill, outdoor shower, bath towels and bedding. The home also has multiple portable office desks, chairs, WiFi printer and automated whole house standby generator. The living space opens through two sliders to a large deck with great water views and a gas fire pit. Bedding and bath towels included; beach towels can be provided upon request at booking. Enjoy the complimentary use of our fun stuff including a treadmill, weight bench, free weights, bikes, beach chairs, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, darts, and kayaks (4). Dock accommodates up to a 27ft boat w/outboard(s) and ~24" hull draft. Dock has 110v power and water.
