Very dirty and loose. We found an old sleeper under the bed, apart from dust and dirt. They haven't cleaned under the bed for years; The bathroom is disgusting. When we arrived, we found all the staff sleeping in different areas and apparently, that's what they do all day, given the situation of the rooms. There are not many hotel options in Ende, but this is definitely not the one to consider! And more over, is one of the most expensive options!
