Wonderful member of staff holding it all together- she needs to be cherished by her employer for her hard work. The public spaces and rooms have a worn edge (stained carpets, ripped bedding) but it is not awful, the customer experience just all needs looking at again to make sure it doesn't fall behind. The concept is good but it needs upgrading.

Because it is a business trip training, I stayed for two weeks at a time. The front building is a bar, the back building is a hotel. Most of the waiters are very friendly. The things in the bar are also delicious. The room is a very simple layout, because it is a suburb. Public transportation is not very convenient, but the environment is very good. Not far from National Forest Park
