There aren’t enough stars to give this place! We absolutely loved it. Everything was so clean and cozy, and it truly felt like a home away from home. This was our first family vacation in over 20 years, and the experience was incredible. The rooms were spotless, and we were all blown away by how well the kitchen was stocked—there were so many cooking utensils and supplies, everything we could possibly need was provided. The hosts really thought of everything, and it made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for our family. We loved every minute and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway!

The house is magnificent, with its polished log aesthetic and comfortable furniture and fun decorations. We appreciated the collection of board games as well. There is wifi and two televisions. The view out the back is great, and we saw a couple deer out there. I spotted a real toad outside next to the sculpture of the three banjo playing frogs. We had a great stay!

This was an amazing property. We had a group of 13, everyone had their own bed. We made lots of meals in their very stocked kitchen. We also seen a lot of wildlife right next to the cabin. Unforgettable vacation!

Wonderful family vacation cabin We had a large family gathering and stayed 3 nights at this beautiful property. It was perfect for our family of 20 that ranged from infants to grandparents. We would recommend this place to anyone! The slack line and play set on the property was a huge hit and eating outside on the large porch was so peaceful and relaxing. A really great place.

Beautiful home that was well equipped. Great views from decks. Play ground for kids. Well equipped and partially stocked kitchen. No need to purchase herbs or spices if you cook.

Black Hills vacation We had the best time on our vacation. We were gone most of the day, but our kids had a blast at the house whenever we were there. The home was stocked with everything you could need, and the property is beautiful! We were all so sad to leave.

A Charming Stay To celebrate my mother's retirement, an immigrant who obtained citizenship 30 years ago, we visited Mount Rushmore. The monument, although designed by Gutzon Borglum, was carved by Luigi del Bianco: an Italian immigrant. It was a great trip to bookend one chapter of her journey. My family chose to stay at this cabin for it's convenient location. My sisters loved the kitchen setup, and my brother enjoyed the grill on the patio. The kids, LOVED the game room, and I'm simply thankful for the enormous space!Checking in and out was a breeze, and our host proved herself exemplary, as her ratings suggested. I will say, driving with an RV to the site was a little challenging at first, but it was doable. Otherwise, I can't say enough great things about this place.

Great for a family reunion! This house was absolutely perfect for us! My siblings, parents and I do a family get together every year and this house may be the best one we’ve stayed at yet! We had 5 couples and 2 kids under 12. The rooms and beds were great and comfortable, the loft (which is open, no door, just for those looking!) was great and we could’ve fit more people if we needed to! Everything we needed was there, everything was in working order. The playset outside and the slack line with rings between the trees and the saucer swing hanging from the tree were all perfect for the kids! Plus foozball and toys and games inside! Great outdoor space for tossing the frisbee and football around that we brought. The house was in a very quiet place with plenty of open space but was still an easy 20-30 minutes from all the main tourist attractions like Mount Rushmore, Reptile Gardens, and Bear Country (with no traffic to deal with!). Overall we were very very happy with our stay!
