It turned out that the suite rooms were all connecting, making it uncomfortable. First, we got a room that was so dusty that our noses and eyes itched and smelled musty. Plus the room next door was really noisy. We complained to the receptionist 3 times but it was still noisy. Finally, at 1:30 AM we asked to move rooms because we really couldn't sleep. We moved in while heavily pregnant + my husband was carrying the child. It was sad 😆 Then, the only ones who apologized were the ones who helped carry our bags when we moved rooms and the receptionist who answered the first call.
The silver lining is, the second room we got had fresher, more fragrant, and cleaner air. Then, we were given a late check out as compensation for moving in the middle of the night. The water wasn't hot enough, but it was still okay.
There was one receptionist who wasn't very friendly, the other one was very friendly 😊
I rarely give long reviews, but this time I really wanted to hehe.
