Its the worst hotel I ever stayed. Every thing rum down. Stain on bed sheets, washing basin choked, dirty carpet and smell horrible. The hotel should close for good. Its very disgusting and ashamed to be award 4 stars. Horrible 20x

The room was not ready until 5:00 PM.
Asked for a non-smoking room, given a smoking room, smelled really bad of cigarettes.
Asked for a twin bed room but was given a single bed.
The worst thing was that towels and toiletries were not provided. Until finally asked for them, they were given, and even then only 2 towels, 1 round soap, 1 small toothpaste, 2 toothbrushes. There were no hand towels or bathroom mats.
The exhaust in one of the rooms was not on.
Note:
I booked 2 executive type rooms
There was indeed compensation given, I appreciate that.
But it was very disappointing and made this holiday experience unpleasant.
Hopefully it can be fixed, because the location is very strategic.

The hotel facilities and room comfort are okay, complete with an iron 😊, the luxury concept is felt, the breakfast is also delicious. Unfortunately, the rooftop is said to be opened only when there is an event (?). But overall recommended, next time I want to stay here again if I have a staycation in Bogor
