The hotel service is good, for cleanliness it is even more improved.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, spacious garden, can get a cottage room in front of the swimming pool directly at a cheap price, lack of ordering 4 rooms but not next to each other even though one family and have emailed asking for side by side, when asking to exchange with the receptionist can't. because there are already people even though the other guests haven't arrived yet, for the cleanliness of the swimming pool it seems lacking because there are lots of bubbles like foam so it won't be swimming,

date of stay October 26, ruby room 9 first floor in front of the swimming pool. the expectation of seeing the resort from the lobby was really excited because it looked good. as soon as the road to the hotel room, how come it's so dirty, lots of small trash and plastic. as soon as you enter the room, you immediately smell a musty, damp smell. sheets and towels not clean. the bathroom is wet like it's just been mopped so it's really slippery. the roof of the room is also black. we arrived too late, didn't ask to move rooms because we were too tired and maybe the other rooms were in the same condition. the pool is dirty, the water is cloudy and the surface is oily. the internet doesn't work at all. for breakfast there is only papaya fruit, syrup coffee tea, and fried rice, even though the food stall equipment is like a standard hotel, fully available. maybe because there are only a few who stay so the food preparation is also sober. it's a shame the resort is not taken care of, look at the advertisements for the resort, it's really good.

Nice place, good service. The most suitable healing place.. for introverts because it's not too crowded and quiet, far from the crowds too.. Over all, it's good... I want to work while I'm also comfortable, but there's no wifi
