They were closed when we got there, fully paid for the booking and everything but the front doors were locked. Shitty hotel.

Very nice resort. Rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was spacious and the towels and toiletries were very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful as all we had to do was text a request and it was taken care of ( just asked for an extra blanket). We definitely would come back!

Couldn’t even stay there! Lasted 2 hours of which we weren’t even in the room. And non-refundable room! Almost $400 for one night. SAVE your money and look at all review before going!! Got the hotel because I just proposed to my girlfriend and thought it was a nice waterfront resort. This hotel is anything but a resort. I have a fear of bugs being in hotel rooms and when I checked the reviews on a different websites I lost my appetite and the will to stay there. This place needs to be shut down at this point.

Check in was easy . Front desk attendant seemed tired but had us on your way quickly . Hallways were carpeted that needed a good cleaning . Rooms attempted to be made modern by new paint but it was obvious it was minimal effort . Cleaning of the room could be better dust on fixtures ,headboards , picture frames . Ac didnt work well at the lowest setting . Dead bugs caked on the corner of the balcony . Bed was okay not the best not the worst I've been in at a hotel . Checkout was easy as well, attendant didn't seem to care to ask how our Stay was ect .. very lack luster hotel and experience. For what we paid the price is way to high for what you get . I though a non chain hotel would be a better experience but unfortunately it was not . I would not return to this hotel if ever in the area again .

We really enjoyed our stay our beach side balcony view was awesome! Collen at the front desk made our stay top notch! We definitely recommend this resort we will be back anyone looking to stay in Traverse City go to Parkshore Resort!!!!!!!!!

Good sized room with balcony overlooking the lake. Room was clean and well equiped. Ate in the restaurant, good food and service. Happy hour daily with food and drink offers. Would stay here again if visiting Traverse City.Good location, beach with sun loungers.

The good: Bed comfortable. So are the pillows and sheets. Shower nice. View amazing. Beach lovely. Staff friendly. Good location. No problem with parking spaces. Bathroom very large. Lots of shelf space. Little balcony with two chairs. Next door to jet ski rentals and parasail. The bad: The room smelled musty and old. No bathroom ventilation will do that. It’s there but it does nothing. Bathroom lighting is impossible to do makeup or hair. The restaurant $10 breakfast was inedible. Literally. Powdered eggs. Hard and cold pancakes. Bacon was paper thin, cold, odd. Dinner burgers were okay but French fries were cold and undercooked. Inedible. Coleslaw was lukewarm. Difficult to get in and out of on highway. Cars travel really fast.

The worst customer service ever.. a few things in the room wouldn’t work and the indoor pool is old the sides are scraping off in my kids had scrapes because of it. They are so nice when they’re booking the room and accommodating but when you’re there it’s different..

There was a group of us, about 80 that stayed at the hotel. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke!!! There is a bar in the hotel, which is good, however, if you go back to the hotel in the evening there are no parking spots for the guests staying at the hotel.
