Their 3 bed room (including a sofabed) was nice. Sofabed was clean/comfortable and it can turn into two small beds or one big one. We liked it so much we booked the same room twice.

Staying with my family for 1 night as we drive through Baton Rouge. We are booked here for 1 more night on our return home in a week but we will consider cancelling and finding a different hotel. Room appeared tidy when we arrived, but upon returning after we dropped our luggage it is apparent that the room is not in order. First, lightbulb in lamp is burned out. Second, carpet needs cleaning. Third, and completely disgusting is the ring and layer of grime and scum that has grown inside the toilet bowl! It is filthy and on par with a gas station toilet in terms of cleanliness. Hotel staff were on our floor so we alerted them to the issues and of course, it is Friday night and they are understaffed and overworked so having to prioritize and clearly this is not the top priority for them. My husband offered to clean it ourselves if they would give us cleaning supplies. On third trip down to check eta, we were given the scrub brush from the downstairs bathroom but no cleansers or bleach to actually disinfect with. Despite scrubbing it is in need of bleach. Not impressed and as a Marriott Loyal business traveler who has been both Gold and Silver status-I know this is not the standard one expects from a Marriott property!

It pains me to write this as the Manager's that work here are so nice. However, the support staff, cleaning supervisor and the night shift front desk support staff when leadership is gone is CHAOS. If you expect to have your room cleaned each day, a restful and peaceful nights sleep with the hope that on-site staff will take care of problem guests then this is NOT the place to stay. Rooms have broken doors, handles, windows (see photos). The walls are paper thin so you can hear people talking and TV in rooms around you. If you want your room cleaned according to the Housecleaning Supervisor you need to let them know or it will not get cleaned before 5pm or at all. After a few days without having the room cleaned, we tried to reach the front desk. The front desk at night has only one employee who complains that "I am the only employee on the entire site, the manager doesn't care". What Marriott this size would ever have just one person on site. Thus, the front desk doesn't answer the phone at night because who knows why. We had to walk down and wait for someone to show up at the front desk to get our own towels. They don't deliver them up you have to wait and then YOU carry them up. No leadership when managers leave to go home. The place turns into a noisy, chaotic "hotel"(?). The Marriott if they know would be ashamed of this place.

Left Atlanta, GA this morning headed for South Texas - this was half way!! Found it online - booked it in 5 minutes and was quite happy when we got here ! The room was very clean, with 2 queen beds, a sitting area with a pull out couch and a mini kitchenette ! All for $99 ! The wonderful lady at the fro g desk (Jasmine) was very nice, helpful and found us a discount !!! She even gave us a great list for dinner ! Overall I'm quite impressed and happy !! Easy location right off I-10. This is a good choice !!!

ROACH INFESTED HOTEL!!! DIRTY SHEETS! FILTHY CARPET HUGE STAINS! Some staff is nice. SOME STAFF GOT BAD ATTITUDES! BREAKFAST IS TRASH!! HOTEL HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

We have stayed here several times and love the convenience of location as well as welcoming lets. My only suggestion is that there could be better free TV available. Will return her again in the future.
